Ingredients:
2 bags Orowheat cubed bread stuffing
12 small breakfast sausage links
2 large onions diced
6 stalks celery diced
2 apples diced
1 cup walnuts chopped
3 cups turkey broth from cooked giblets/ or chicken broth
1 cube real butter
1 Tab. Sage
Brown sausage well in large pan/ set aside
In same pan sauté onion, celery, apple, sage until tender in butter
Add walnuts and sliced sausage links/ mix well
In large bowl combine dry bread cubes, broth and all cooked ingredients/ Mix well
Stuff turkey tightly and bake/ or bake remainder at 350 for 1 hour until crisp.
